How long does shipping from China take?
It depends on the mode of transport: roughly 7–10 days by air, 18–25 days by rail and 35–45 days by sea, plus a few days for customs clearance and delivery.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity is set by the manufacturer and depends on the product. For smaller orders we use groupage (LCL) shipping, so you don't have to fill a whole container.
Who handles customs clearance and paperwork?
We do. We prepare invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and all other documents, and organise customs clearance.
How do I know the goods are fine before shipping?
Before loading we arrange a quality inspection at the factory, with photos and a report, so you know what's coming before the goods are shipped.
